Responding to Buyers
When a buyer clicks Contact Seller on your listing, a conversation opens in Reflya messaging. This is where deals start, so fast responses matter.
Where to find your messages
Section titled “Where to find your messages”Sign in and open Messages in your dashboard. Each conversation shows the aircraft it is about, so you always have context.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”You will be notified when a new message arrives. You can adjust how you are notified under Settings, then Notifications.
Conversations follow the aircraft
Section titled “Conversations follow the aircraft”Each conversation is tied to the listing the buyer asked about. If you update the listing (price, photos, status), the buyer is looking at current information when they return to the conversation.
Conversations stay open
Section titled “Conversations stay open”Marking an aircraft under contract or sold does not close its conversations. You can keep talking to interested buyers, which is useful for back-up offers or for pointing a buyer to another aircraft in your inventory.
Response tips
Section titled “Response tips”- Reply within a few hours when you can. Aircraft buyers are often talking to multiple sellers.
- Answer the specific question first, then offer the next step (records, a call, a visit).
- Keep the conversation on Reflya until you have qualified the buyer. It keeps your contact details private until you choose to share them.
