Editing & Listing Statuses
Every listing has a status that controls whether buyers can see it. You can check the status of each of your listings under My Listings in your dashboard.
The statuses
Section titled “The statuses”| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | You are still working on the listing. Only you can see it. |
| In Review | You submitted the listing and our team is giving it a quick quality check before it goes public. |
| Published | Live on Reflya. Buyers can find it in search and contact you. |
| Under Contract | You have a deal in progress. The listing stays visible with an Under Contract banner so buyers know where it stands. |
| Sold | The aircraft sold. Congratulations! The listing is marked sold and no longer appears in active search results. |
| Archived | The listing is retired and hidden from buyers. |
Editing a published listing
Section titled “Editing a published listing”You can edit your listing at any time from My Listings. Price changes, photo updates, and specification fixes are all normal parts of a sale cycle.
Marking an aircraft under contract or sold
Section titled “Marking an aircraft under contract or sold”When your deal progresses, update the status from your listing’s actions. Conversations with interested buyers stay open even after a status change, so you can keep talking to back-up buyers or share where the deal stands.
If your listing needs changes after review
Section titled “If your listing needs changes after review”Occasionally our review team will ask for a change before publishing (usually a photo or data-quality issue). You will be notified with the reason, and you can fix it and resubmit.
