Listing Contact Person

Each listing can have its own contact person. This matters when different people at your dealership handle different aircraft, or when you want inquiries for a particular aircraft to go to a specific salesperson.

Setting the contact person

1. Open the listing from My Listings in your dashboard.
2. Edit the listing and find the contact person section.
3. Enter the name and contact details for the person who should handle inquiries for this aircraft.
4. Save your changes.

What buyers see

The contact person’s name appears on the listing where buyers reach out. Buyers contacting you about this aircraft are directed to that person rather than a generic dealership inbox.

Tips

• If you leave the contact person unset, the listing falls back to your account’s default contact details.
• Update the contact person when staff changes, and the listing reflects it right away.
