Claiming Your Listing
If you received an email from the Reflya team with a preview of your aircraft, we have already built your listing for you. Claiming it takes just a few minutes.
What a preview listing is
Section titled “What a preview listing is”Our team prepares preview listings for select aircraft so you can see exactly how your inventory will look on Reflya before you commit to anything. A preview is private: buyers cannot see it, message you about it, or find it in search.
Claiming does not change any of that. Claiming simply connects the listing to your account so you control it. Nothing is published, no buyer sees your aircraft, and you are not committed to anything until you choose to take it live.
How to claim
Section titled “How to claim”- Open the preview link from your email. You will see your aircraft exactly as buyers would.
- Claim it with a free Reflya account. No card required. The listing lands in your account as a draft, and you will find it under My Listings in your dashboard.
- Review and edit anything you like. It is your listing now. Update photos, specs, or pricing whenever you want.
That is the whole claim. Publishing is a separate decision you make when you are ready.
Taking it live
Section titled “Taking it live”How you publish depends on how you sell:
Private sellers
Section titled “Private sellers”Pick a plan for the listing when you decide to go live (see Billing & Subscriptions for the plans). Checkout takes a minute, you can cancel anytime, and billing stops automatically when your aircraft sells. There is zero payment before you choose to publish.
Dealers
Section titled “Dealers”If you sell aircraft professionally, your Reflya contact arranges a single subscription for your dealership, sized to your inventory, and sends you a payment link. Completing the short dealer application also gets you verified, which unlocks dealer branding on all of your listings.
